Movies I've Liked: Mother Night

Not new, but it's new to me. But Mother Night is a pretty good adaptation of what I consider to be Kurt Vonnegut's best work, and probably one of the best books of the 20th century. It's worth adding to the Netflix queue for one of those quiet, thoughtful evenings with a couple glasses of good whiskey.

Other movies I've found worthy of mention:
V for Vendetta
Titus

I haven't seen any of those but I do love Vonnegut.

(By the way, the link to Mother Night doesn't work.)

I hope for your sake that you didn't see all of those on the same night.

Intrigue, paranoia, dark humor, love and Nazis... what else do you want? Think if you were going to make a night of it you couldn't do much better than this along with Verhoven's Black Book. A little trivia: Nick Nolte also appeared in another Vonnegut film adaptation, Breakfast of Champions where he plays a cross-dresser.
