And now, a little blasphemy.

"And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil." John 3:19.

I can relate. But I wonder whether it wasn't just because the light hurt their eyes. I find the darkness--the cool, soothing darkness--such a relief from the merciless, burning, unrelenting light of day.

But that's just me.

The man with something to hide likes the darkness.

Many find aloof people mysterious and intriguing. Some mistakenly believe that those who brood are deep and deliberate.

I think the quiet man who likes the dark is someone dangerous.

Trouble is afoot.

When will he explode?

When will he go work at the post office?
